Now that we are back from our Honeymoon, I wanted to give you my feedback from the excursion to the Everglades. It was AMAZING! You really helped get my wedding weekend off to a great start. I can't believe you surprised us by bringing bottles of champagne on the boat and that we did a toast literally with a Gator swimming by the airboat. You were awesome and made the entire excursion fun for all 46 of us. Literally I spoke to my sister and some friends yesterday and they were still talking about the excursion (of course in addition to my wedding)! We were so happy we treated our wedding guests to Everglades Excursion!

Hey Evan,
Thanks again for an amazing excursion to the everglades and Flamingo Gardens. All 24 of us had a great time, including my grandchildren. We were so happy to see you waiting for us as we exited Allure of the Seas. The bottled water and snacks were a welcome addition on a hot day after carrying our luggage off the cruise. The airboat ride was informative and interactive. In fact, Charles and Robert each have the gauze the airboat captain made for them. Seeing a few gators didn't hurt and neither did the awesome exhibits and holding the gator. Flamingo Gardens was also great. The walk through the botanical gardens, the tram ride, the show, and seeing the animals up close were great. The ice cream treat at the end further helped put a smile on our faces. Thanks also for checking us in and printing out our boarding passes. This is a huge benefit and really really really appreciate it! We were able to go right to the bag drop and then to the gate. We arrived in plenty of time for our flight. This was a great way to end our cruise. We can't wait to do Art Deco Miami with you next year!

I wanted to send a quick note to thank you for the amazing tour you did for me and my group. As you know, we were in town for Art Basel and wanted to also see Florida. Of course, the Everglades were calling our name. We only had an afternoon and we had to make the most of it. So thankfully we found Everglades Excursion. The bus was very clean and comfortable. The driver Umberto was safe and courteous. And Deborah was very knowledgeable, funny, and personable. The bottled water and snacks were also a great treat. The experience out in the Everglades with our private air boat captain Tim and seeing all of the exhibits were amazing. We ended up seeing 3 gators and Tim showed us a lot of cool things, like how to make a bandaid. Deborah and Umberto gave us a nice treat on the way back to the hotel by pointing out some of the highlights of Collins Avenue, Ocean Drive, and Art Deco Miami. By the way, we spoke with some other people at Art Basel that did an excursion to the Everglades. They had to take a bus to Bayside and then transfer to another bus to take them to a small airboat place that had a small exhibit. Anyway, they said it was big waste of time. So me and the others in my group really thank you so much! I will be sure to tell people going to Art Basel in December to contact Everglades Excursion!

Thank you so much for organizing such amazing excursions for our conference delegates at last week’s International Society of Posture and Gait Research World Congress! We have had very, very positive feedback from participants who attended both the afternoon and evening Everglades Adventures and wanted to pass on the thanks from our international delegates. Your attention to details, such as cold water and snacks for the guests as they boarded the bus, exceeded our expectations and I am grateful for your flexibility in returning some of our guests back to the hotel early when they did not want to shop on Las Olas Boulevard as was originally scheduled. From my perspective as the conference organizer, I can tell you that your patience and knowledge, as well as your sense of humour, were very much appreciated and I was very happy to have had the opportunity to work with you.

I sincerely thank you for always making me look good when I arrange an Everglades Excursion. You all really go above and beyond. Seriously, I have been a concierge and in the industry for 15+ years. No one takes care of the Guests like you do. I have never seen a company show up, take the time to set up a table with bottled water, snacks, and even a sign to welcome the group. I always speak with the groups when they return. They always have extremely positive things to say about you, especially about how much you care about them and want to make sure they are having a great time. Of course, they say how they learned some things, but they also say how they had a fun time. So I really thank you very much. And I wanted to let you know that whether a group wants to go to see Little Havana, the Everglades, Flamingo Gardens, Miami, or where ever they want to go, I will be calling you. Thanks again!
