For this reason, you will experience an enhanced 45 minute interactive airboat ride which is 50% longer than cruise line excursions. As you glide over the water, through the Sawgrass and around hammocks, be on the lookout for the many animals, reptiles, and birds that call the Everglades home. Your experienced captain will discuss the relevance of the Everglades on Florida's history as well as present day society. Your captain may even show you how to survive in Everglades by creating band-aids and eating edible plants. Your interactive and hands on exploration of the Everglades continues as you explore the exhibits, wildlife shows, and have the ability to hold a baby alligator. For our Guests disembarking from their cruise, your luggage will stay securely in the vehicle. The vehicle and driver will be with you throughout the excursion. We will also check you in for your domestic flight and provide you your boarding pass which is another exclusive benefit of Everglades Excursion.
